April Showers Bring May Flowers!

Muscle & Joint Problems in Kids

As I watch the NCAA basketball games I'm thinking about a disturbing trend that is happening all too often, muscle and joint injuries to our youth.

When a lot of us grew up (of course depending on your age) we didn't engage in physical contact sports until the beginning of high school. And I don't remember such severe injuries as we are seeing today. Sure the occasional injury but not in the multitude we see today.

But the thing that really concerns me is that kids are starting in contact sports so much earlier today than we did. Now they are experiencing injuries that will haunt them the rest of their lives. It can be a knee, an ankle, a shoulder or even a back sprain.

As generations aged decades before it seemed that they noticed the resulting pain or arthritis later into their 40's and 50's. But from what we are seeing today I believe that age will drop significantly into their late 20's and into their 30's. Much earlier than before.

You may be saying that it's good for the sale of OxyFLEX Comfort Cream but I'm thinking about the youth of today who are our future. When I was in school much more emphasis was on grades and math and science and getting into college. US statistics prove my theory right. But today is the possibility of earning millions of dollars as a pro athlete have parents pushng too hard?

I believe in and love watching sports, especially basketball since I'm originally a Hoosier. But I have this concern that we are, in some cases, sacrificing the physical health of today's youth for a glimmer, if not impossibility, of future financial riches. You might have better odds of winning the lottery than making the pro ranks. Just my thought, what's yours? Let's hear your response.

ARTHRITIS in Hands & Lower Back

Several times a day we receive wonderful testimonials for OxyFLEX Comfort Cream. But every once in a while one comes in that has a unique twist. I hope you enjoy this one.

I visited my son in Texas and was exposed via a massage to your OxyFLEX Comfort Cream and was amazed how good I felt while using it on my hands and lower back for the week I was there.

They Love OxyFLEX for Plantar Fasciitis

I recently received the email testimonial below from a new customer who uses OxyFLEX Comfort Cream for plantar fasciitis.

Just wanted to drop a line--love OxyFLEX! I've had plantar fasciitis with constant, near crippling pain for more than a year. 2007 A Great Year

As I reflect back on our most successful year to date I want to thank the thousands of customers who have helped make OxyFLEX Comfort Cream so successful. Without you TruSolutions Corporation would not exist.

2007 Dallas White Rock Marathon

In December OxyFLEX Comfort Cream was a proud exhibitor at the 2007 Dallas White Rock Marathon. The race is so popular because of the charities that benefit that race officials had to cap the participants at 15,000.

On the Friday and Saturday prior to the Sunday race thousands of runners, their families and friends visited the Dallas Convention Center to pick up their pre race packet registrations and peruse the hundreds of exhibits.

OxyFLEX Comfort Cream was a huge hit! Hundreds of the runners purchased OxyFLEX to use prior to and after the race on their sore muscles and aching joints. Some of the runners who purchased OxyFLEX on Friday even came back to our booth on Saturday to tell us how much they liked the benefits of OxyFLEX and some even purchased additional tubes.

Several other exhibitors even showed their interest. One doctor of podiatry kept referring his booth visitors to our booth telling them they needed to try OxyFLEX. He even asked that we contact his office in January 2008 as he wants to carry OxyFLEX in both of his locations for his patients.

Another major retailer of running apparel asked if he could carry OxyFLEX in his stores. We are in the process of setting up his two largest stores.

On Saturday morning an owner of a Foot Solution store in the Dallas area purchased OxyFLEX for her knees that are so abnormally painful she walks with a cane. She said if it worked for her she wanted to sell OxyFLEX in her store.

Saturday evening as we broke down the booth she made a point of coming by our booth to tell me how successful OxyFLEX was for her knees. Then she handed me her card and the following week we set up her store and another owner's store with OxyFLEX displays. We had no more than put the display up than two tubes were sold and she told me that she had another six tubes sold also.

It is gratifying to witness first hand how OxyFLEX changes people's lives in such a positive way. Many participants told us how they had tried every product on the market but that OxyFLEX was the only one that really worked.

Numerous times people came by our booth who had purchased OxyFLEX at another venue somewhere and had to tell us their testimonial. Others came by and said that others had referred them to us because of how it had helped them.

Number of Americans with arthritis or chronic joint symptoms:

1985 - 35 million
1990 - 37.9 million
1998 - nearly 43 million (1 in 6 people)
2005 – 66 million (nearly 1 in 3 adults) -- 42.7 million have doctor-diagnosed arthritis and 23.2 million people live with chronic joint symptoms, but have not been diagnosed by a doctor
Arthritis is one of the most prevalent chronic health problems and the nation’s leading cause of disability among Americans over age 15.
Arthritis is second only to heart disease as a cause of work disability.
Arthritis limits everyday activities such as walking, dressing and bathing for more than 7 million Americans.
Arthritis results in 39 million physician visits and more than a half million hospitalizations.
Costs to the U.S. economy totals more than $86.2 billion annually.
Arthritis affects people in all age groups including nearly 300,000 children.

I'll bet many of you weren't aware of several of these facts. I know I was surprised and I suffer from arthritis in my back and thumb joints. It's painful and agonizing to say the least. Arthritis pain affects your life 24/7.

PLANTAR FASCIITIS

Many of you suffer from or know someone with plantar fasciitis. Otherwise known as heel pain. Plantar fasciitis, while well known in the sports industry for many years, has only become well known to the consumer market in the last few years.

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most painful ailments anyone can get. It hurts to walk, it hurts when you get out of a chair and especially when you get out of bed first thing in the morning.

Plantar fasciitis is caused when the plantar fascia muscle get inflammed. The plantar fascia is a very fibrous muscle that extends from the heel of the foot and branches out like a tree to all five toes. Normally the pain is located on the inside of your heel just behind or near the arch of your foot.

OxyFLEX Comfort Cream is the #1 remedy to eliminate the inflammation that I have seen in over four years. The normal protocol used by a podiatrist is first take a X-ray to diagnose plantar fasciitis and then to shoot cortisone into your heels. This remedy is temporary in almost all cases lasting only 30-60 days. More importantly, cortisone is not highly recommended by most health care practitioners as healthy for the body. In fact, doctors are restricted by the government to limit the number of cortisone shots you can have to year to only 4 or 6 because of that very reason.

Ok, so let's say that the cortisone doesn't provide the relief you are searching for, what's next. The podiatrist will then recommend you soak your feet in ice water and/or roll your arch on a soda bottle with frozen water in it several times a day. He/she will most likely then suggest that you need orthotics for your shoes. Again, sometimes this will provide some relief but from what I've seen not anything long term. Next, they will suggest you purchase a boot to sleep in at night to keep your plantar fascia muscle tight at a 90 degree angle. This is uncomfortable to say the least and within a hour or so after taking it off in the morning the pain returns.

Last resort for treatment is foot surgery. Let me say, and this is only my experience, that after speaking with hundreds/thousands of plantar fasciitis sufferers over the last four years I have yet to speak with one that has had the surgery that says it worked. I'm sure that there are some people for whom it has but I haven't spoken with any. But then, if it worked, they wouldn't be calling for OxyFLEX Comfort Cream.

Let's recap for a moment. You've now done all of your doctor's suggested recommendations above. You've invested quite possibly hundreds if not thousands of dollars in these treatments and you are still suffering. What should you do?

Now you are asking yourself how do I know all this? Because I acquired plantar fasciitis in January 2004 and went thru all the above treatments except the surgery. It's from experience that I speak.

OxyFLEX a Major Hit at AARP Natl Convention

OxyFLEX Comfort Cream was a major hit at the AARP National Convention in Boston Sept 6-8th. Our exhibit booth was manned by 3 people and we were all swamped with orders all three days from morning to night. In fact each day we had to keep our booth open almost a half hour after closing to accommodate the attendees who were buying OxyFLEX.

I can't begin to tell you how rewarding it was when an attendee would purchase OxyFLEX for the first time and then come back to our booth all excited and their comment would be "OxyFLEX Really Works!"

We had numerous people who suffered with plantar fasciitis come back the next day and tell us that OxyFLEX provided them the more relief than they had experienced in months just from the first application.

I remember one lady who was an operating room nurse. She'd been suffering with plantar fasciitis for well over a year. She and her other nurses purchased their tubes on Thursday the first day of the convention. On Saturday morning she came back to our booth so excited you would have thought she had just won the lottery.

If you've noticed I have not posted to our Blog for several months primarily because you have kept us busy shipping OxyFLEX. During the last several months we have been implementing a new fulfillment center to insure our orders go out within 24 hours.

Heart Association-Painkillers should be last resort

On February 27th, 2007 the Heart Association issued a statement that doctors treating people for chronic pain should avoid using all medications - at least at first. This statement is designed to have a significant impact on the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

The statement expressed particular concern over a subgroup, Cox-2 inhibitors. Celebrex is the only one on the U.S. market.

The Heart Association has taken an important position and everyone should read the article that was printed in the Washington Post newspaper. Just click on the words Heart Association and you'll be redirected to the article.

Christmas

I hope you are enjoying this time of year like we are. Christmas parties, visiting with family and friends and, of course, shopping. This is a very special time of the year that everyone should enjoy to the fullest. Unfortunately for some the discomfort of arthritis, tendonitis, back problems, sciatica, plantar fasciitis or other musculoskeletal problems prevent this.

Inevitably at gatherings people always ask me what business I am in. And, when I tell them about OxyFLEX Comfort Cream, either they have a problem or someone they know has one.

It amazes me how many people suffer with various forms of pain and all the things they have tried to ease the pain. I can relate to all these people because of the arthritis in my back and my thumbs.

Plantar Fasciitis

I received a call a few days ago from a lovely lady who had suffered from plantar fasciitis. The reason she called was to tell me that she received two tubes of OxyFLEX Comfort Cream from her brother as a gift to see if it would help the pain. She had tried a multitude of remedies like everyone else but nothing helped.

I am excited to introduce our new OxyFLEX Blog. I look forward to communicating with our customers and others who are being introduced to OxyFLEX Comfort Cream for the first time.

Over the last few years OxyFLEX Comfort Cream has been helping many people who are suffering from various musculoskeletal problems such as arthritis, tendonitis, back problems, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, headaches and much more. People are realizing that OxyFLEX Comfort Cream works better than any other product on the market and "it's natural".

One of the most satisfying things that happens almost everyday is that someone will order OxyFLEX, use it for a week or so and then send me an email detailing how wonderful they feel using OxyFLEX. But the one most frequent comment I always hear is "It really works"!

It seems we are all so skeptical of new products we've been introduced to and for good reason. Many are just full of hype and promise but deliver very little satisfaction.
