Our growth at TruSolutions Corporation has been nothing short of tremendous and I owe it all to our customers. The word of mouth is alive and well when it comes to OxyFLEX Comfort Cream. Every day thousands of you are telling your family and friends about the wonderful healing benefits of OxyFLEX and we are very very grateful.
If you've noticed I have not posted to our Blog for several months primarily because you have kept us busy shipping OxyFLEX. During the last several months we have been implementing a new fulfillment center to insure our orders go out within 24 hours.
In addition, we have set up live operators to take your calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week and, at your request, adding additional shipping options such as 2nd Day and Next Day services. We understand fully the importance of relief when you, a loved one or a friend are in pain and we are doing everything we can to expedite OxyFLEX to you.
This effort was in response to you telling everyone you know who suffers from pain that OxyFLEX Comfort Cream is the finest and most effective product available anywhere.
I am a consumer just like you. I realize the importance of excellent customer service. Our customers expect and deserve the best we can offer and I feel that with the opening of our new fulfillment center we will provide that.
Excellent customer service is more than just words to us. We strive everyday to be the best we can be so you feel confident when you introduce OxyFLEX to your family and friends that we will take good care of them.
Let me add another comment. We are not perfect but we learn continuously how to improve ourselves just like you do. We appreciate your patience. I will be the first to say errors have been made but we feel confident that we have rectified each and every situation to the best of our ability and we will continue to do so. You can be confident of that.
